4B. Application of certain sections to supplier of beedi.--The provisions contained in sections 4(1), 5, 6, 8, 9 to 14, 16 to 18, 20, 21, 23, 23A, 24 25 to 34, 36, 37, 38 and 43 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to a supplier ofbeedi as they apply to a hotelier, tobacconist, or textile trader, as the case may be.
